Role Overview

As our founding Growth lead, you’ll own how Avora reaches dental practices across the country - from ideation to pipeline, conversion, and CAC analysis. You’ll serve as an end-to-end owner of new acquisition channels and have full control over the investments we make. This is an IC role with a clear path to build and lead the Growth function.

Responsibilities

• Run rapid growth experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and budgets; scale the channels that generate qualified pipeline
• Analyze creative campaigns that capture the attention of practice owners across paid social, search, direct mail, partnerships, events, UGC, and other unconventional channels
• Partner closely with CX and customers to understand what motivates practices to buy, and translate these insights into stronger messaging and offers
• Build the growth infrastructure across attribution, analytics, CRM, retargeting, and lifecycle automation
• Build for scale by creating playbooks, systems, and a repeatable experimentation process that helps us scale to 2k practices by the end of the year

Requirements

• In-person in San Francisco
• Exceptional creative judgement and communication skills; able to turn a customer insight into a campaign people remember
• Strong analytical instincts; comfortable modeling CAC, analyzing funnels, and making budget decisions w/ SQL, spreadsheets, etc
• Technical and AI curiosity; willingness to learn latest tools (Claude Code, Codex Ramp Sheets, etc)
