As a Founding Product Engineer, you'll drive end-to-end product development, craft exceptional patient experiences, and scale advanced AI systems. Your contributions will directly impact millions of patient interactions and reshape dental healthcare.

• Own end-to-end applied AI products and workflows
• Re-invent how patients engage with their health and practices
• Design core engineering systems to scale inference, evaluation, and fine-tuning

A Day in the Life

• Morning: Check Posthog to see what's getting adoption and what's being ignored (example: checking on a morning huddle/standup feature you deployed)
• Mid-day: Hop on a call with a power user to dig into their workflow and pain points (example: discover that huddles are a lot shorter than you initially thought)
• Afternoon: Reprioritize the roadmap based on data and conversations (example: decide to design an agent that prioritizes which patients to follow up with)
